The Norman Y. Mineta San José International Airport Improvement Program (more formally known as the Airport Master Plan) consists of terminal construction, access and roadway improvements, parking garages and airfield upgrades. The Airport Improvement Program’s goals are to provide a world-class facility with state-of-the-art passenger amenities and a technologically advanced security system in a cost efficient manner.
